It says "We couldn't find an invite for this email"

For Crew, Subs · Phone app

LibreCam couldn't find an invite for the email you typed.

Check the address, then ask your office if you still see it.

Fix it

  1. Check that you typed the email your company used. Try your other email if you have one.
  2. Still no luck? Ask your office to add you. Crew get added with Invite. Subs get added to their job.
  3. Sign in again with that email.

Note

Join the waitlist won't connect you to your company. Ask your office instead.

Check cellular settings for photo and video uploads

Check whether your phone is waiting for Wi-Fi, then get help if uploads remain stuck.

It says "View-only access. You can't make changes."

You have view-only access here. You can look at photos and reports, but you can't take photos or make changes.
