How do I send the customer a photo link?
A photo link lets anyone see a job's photos in a web browser.
They don't need the app or an account.
Make a link
- Open the job.
- Tap the link icon at the top.
- Tap New link.
- Give it a Name, like "Client copy".
- Set the options you want: Password, Expires (Never, 7 days or 30 days), Downloads, and Include future photos.
- Tap Create link.
- Tap Send link to text or email it, or Copy link.
Tap Open link in browser to see what your customer sees.
Share only some photos
Select the photos first, then tap Share link in the bar. The link shows only the photos you picked.
Turn a link off
Tap Revoke link, then Revoke. Anyone using that link loses access. Your other links keep working. This can't be undone.
Note
With Include future photos on, the link keeps updating as new photos come in. With it off, the link shows only the photos there now.

A link is view-only. To let someone add photos, add them to the job. See Give a subcontractor access to add photos to one project.
