How do I add the customer and address?
The phone handles the address. The customer is added on the web app.
Add or change the address on your phone
- Open the job.
- Tap the three dots, then Details.
- Tap Site address and enter it.
This works for jobs made on the phone.
Add the customer on the web app
On the web, a new job has fields for the name, address and customer (full name, email, phone). The phone shows the customer under Details but can't change it.
Warning
Jobs that come from JobNimbus get their address and customer from JobNimbus. Change them there.
Note
The web app calls a job a "packet". It's the same thing.
