What's on each screen of the app?Copy Anchor Link

Projects lists every job you can see. Photos shows every photo, video and file across your jobs. On Projects, Add starts a new job. On Photos, Add brings in photos and files from your phone. The round capture button at the bottom right opens the camera. Your initials at the top right open Account. Help, Language and Sign out are there. Owners and admins also see Invite.

Photos holds the job's photos and videos. It says Files if the job also has PDFs or documents. Reports holds PDFs made from the job. Checklists holds the lists your crew works through. Activity shows who added what, and when. The faces under the address are the job's team. Tap them to see who has access.

How do I sign in?Copy Anchor Link

For Crew, Subs, Owners and admins

You need an invite first. Then sign in with your email and an 8-digit code.

1. Open LibreCam and tap Sign in.
2. Type the email you were invited with and tap Send code.
3. Open the email from LibreCam. Type the 8-digit code into the app. Or tap Sign In in the email, then tap Sign in in the app.
4. The first time, type your name and tap Continue. Tap Continue on the two welcome screens, then Accept and continue.

LibreCam has no passwords. You sign in with your email and an 8-digit code we email you.

I didn't get my sign-in code.Copy Anchor Link

Emails can take a few minutes. Check your spam folder. Still nothing? Tap Send a new code, then tap Send a new code again to confirm. The older code stops working, so use the newest email.

Use the code from the newest email. A code works for 1 hour, and asking for a new one turns off the old one.

Do I need a code every time I open the app?Copy Anchor Link

For Crew, Subs

No. Once you sign in, LibreCam keeps you signed in on that phone. If it asks for a code again, contact support.

How do I get access to my company's LibreCam?Copy Anchor Link

For Crew, Subs

Someone at your company adds you. An owner or admin invites crew to the whole company. Someone on the team adds subcontractors to their job. Then sign in with the email they used. Join the waitlist won't connect you to your company. Create an account starts a new company, so don't use it to join yours.

Can I use LibreCam in Spanish?Copy Anchor Link

Yes. This changes the app's own words. Notes and captions stay in the language they were written in.

1. On Projects, tap your initials at the top right.
2. Tap Language.
3. Pick Español (México), Français (Canada) or English.

How do I take my first job photo?Copy Anchor Link

For Crew, Subs

Sign in, then tap the round capture button at the bottom right. Tap Continue and allow the camera. Check the job name at the top of the camera preview. Tap it to pick a different job. Then tap the shutter. Your photo shows on the job under Today. Open it to see your name and the time.
