For Owners and admins

Team members see every job in your company. Add your own employees this way, from Account, then Invite. Guests see only the jobs you add them to. Add subcontractors and customers this way, from the job's People sheet. Don't invite a sub to your team.

How do I invite my crew?Copy Anchor Link

They join your company and see every job.

1. On Projects, tap your initials at the top right.
2. Tap Invite.
3. Type their email address.
4. Tap Send invite.

Only owners and admins see Invite. Ask an admin in your company to send the invite.

How do I add a sub to one job?Copy Anchor Link

For Owners and admins

Invite them to the job by email. They only see that job.

1. On Projects, open the job.
2. Tap the people icons under the job's address. The People sheet opens.
3. Under Add guests, type the subcontractor's email address.
4. Tap Email an invite to and their address.
5. Pick Member so they can add photos. Viewer can only look.
6. Tap Invite as member.

For Owners and admins

Anyone on your team with the Member role or higher can add a sub to a job. Team Viewers and guests can't. Only owners and admins can invite people to the whole company.

What's the difference between Member and Viewer?Copy Anchor Link

For Owners and admins

A Viewer can see the job's photos and reports. A Member can also add photos and edit photo captions and tags. Guests can't move or delete photos, make reports or share links, whatever their role.

They were probably added as a Viewer. Change them to Member.

1. Open the job.
2. Tap the faces under the address.
3. Tap their Viewer role chip.
4. Tap Change to Member.

How do I remove a sub from a job?Copy Anchor Link

For Owners and admins

Open the job, tap the faces under the address, tap their role chip, then tap Remove. Tap Remove again to confirm. They lose access to that job. You can add them back from the same place.

How do I resend an invite to a sub?Copy Anchor Link

For Owners and admins

Open the job, tap the faces under the address, tap their role chip, then tap Resend invite email. You only see it while their row says Invited · hasn't signed in yet. If it says Invite bounced · check the address, invite the correct address instead.

Check the spam or junk folder, and check the address was spelled right. If the app says Invite bounced · check the address, fix the spelling and invite the correct address. Emails can take a few minutes.

I added a sub to my team by mistake.Copy Anchor Link

For Owners and admins

A team member sees every job in your company. An owner or admin can take them off. In Account, tap Team, tap ⋯ next to their name, tap Remove from organization, then Request removal. They keep access until the removal is done. Then add them to their job as a guest.
