Give a subcontractor access to add photos to one project

Invite a subcontractor to one project by email so they can add photos to it.

This is separate from adding a teammate to your company.

Invite the subcontractor

  1. On Projects, open the project.
  2. Tap the people icons under the project's address. The People sheet opens.
  3. Under Add guests, type the subcontractor's email address.
  4. Tap Email an invite to and their address.
  5. Pick Member so they can add photos. Viewer can only look.
  6. Tap Invite as member.

Check it worked

  • You see Invite sent to and their address.
  • They show under Subcontractors and customers as Member, with Invited · hasn't signed in yet.

What the subcontractor does next

They get an invite email. They install LibreCam and sign in with that same email address. Send them Your first job photo: sign in and take a photo.

Check it worked for them

  • The project shows up in their LibreCam.
  • A photo they take on it appears in the project with their name.

If it didn't work

  • You're offline. Sharing needs a connection. Connect, then try again.
  • Invite bounced · check the address. Check the spelling, then invite the correct address.
  • They can see the project but can't add photos? See My sub can't add photos.

If they were added as a Viewer, they can look but can't add photos.
