How do I send a report?

For Owners and admins · Phone app

Send a report as a PDF by text, email or any app on your phone.

Send the PDF

  1. Open the job and tap Reports.
  2. Tap the report.
  3. Tap Send PDF.
  4. Pick Messages, Mail or another app.

Fix a value before you send

  1. Tap Edit.
  2. Tap a highlighted value and change it.
  3. Tap Save, then Done.

Some values are calculated from other fields. Change those fields instead.

Delete a report

Tap More, then Delete report. The PDF and any links to it are removed for everyone. The photos stay in the job.
