How do I add a caption or voice note?

For Crew · Phone app

Add a note to any photo. Say it right after you shoot, or type it later.

Say it right after you take the photo

  1. Take a photo.
  2. Tap the microphone on that photo's thumbnail.
  3. Talk. The screen shows Recording… Tap to stop.
  4. Tap again to stop. You'll see Caption recorded.

Your words show up as the photo's caption once your phone is online. Until then the photo says Waiting to transcribe…

Note

The first time, the app asks for microphone access. Allow it.

Type a caption

  1. Open the photo.
  2. Tap Add a caption under the photo.
  3. Type your note and save it.

How do I take photos on the right job?

The camera shows a job name at the top. Your photos go to that job, so check it before you shoot.

Camera settings are inside the camera. Tap the settings control to open them.
