Quick tour of the app
LibreCam keeps every job's photos in one place.
This page shows what's on each screen of the phone app.
The main screens
- Projects: every job you can see.
- Photos: every photo, video and file across all your jobs.
- Add: start a new job, or bring photos and files from your phone into a job.
- The round capture button: opens the camera.
- Your initials, top right: your Account. Invites, Help, settings and Sign out live here.
Inside a job
Tap a job on Projects to open it. The tabs across the top are:
- Photos: everything shot on this job. It says Files if the job also has PDFs or documents.
- Reports: PDFs made from this job.
- Checklists: lists your crew works through on site.
- Activity: who added what, and when.
The faces under the address show who is on the job. The link icon makes a photo link for a customer. The three dots (More actions) hold Select photos, Details and Archive project.
What works with no signal
Taking photos and videos works offline. They save on your phone and upload when you're back online. Signing in, making reports, sharing links and adding people need a connection.
